在前兩週的活動中,我們邀請了CGC的黃牧師來爲我們講解神的創造和聖經的可靠性,而在聖經的記載中,最重要的人物 就是我們的主耶穌.聖經舊約中詳細的預言了祂的生平與祂所要成就的.在新約中,更是有大量的篇幅記載了這位神的獨生愛子所行的神蹟,正是因爲主耶穌犧牲了 自己,我們纔有機會重新回到神的面前, 也正是因爲主耶穌揹負了我們的罪,我們才能不被自己的罪惡捆綁.
在感恩節即將到來的時候, 我們誠摯的邀請每一位同學來參與到我們的活動中.在這周的活動中,我們將根據路加福音中的一段經文一起討論分享.在我們日常的生活中,常常也會有大大小小 的事情需要神的看顧,可是當我們得到自己想要東西之後,又有多少人記得感恩呢? 歡迎大家和我們一起探討我們生命中大大小小的恩典,從而看到神對我們的愛！
Dear brothers and sisters:
Over the past two weeks, our guest speaker Rev. Wong explained to us the creations of God and the credibility of the Holy Bible. Through reading the Bible, we can see that the most important person is Jesus Christ. The Old Testament contains many prophesies about His life and what He was going to accomplish. The New Testament is filled with His teachings and miracles that He performed. Most importantly, because of Jesus’s sacrifice for us, we can re-establish our relationship with God and be free from the punishments of our own sins.
In light of Thanksgiving this weekend, we sincerely welcome you to come and celebrate with us this Friday. We will study parts of the Gospel of Luke and then share some of our own inspirational stories together. In many aspects of our daily life, we often hope that God could somehow intervene, but when He does, not many people will remember to give praise back to Him. Therefore, let us learn to be more thankful and happy in life through reflecting upon the love that the Lord has shown us, both great and small ~~
