查經 – 耶穌是誰? 行神蹟的神

弟兄姊妹們平安：

在上週感恩節的活動中,我們一起學習和探討了”感恩”這個話題. 就像經文中提到的另外九個麻風病人, 很多時候,我們常常忘記了感謝神的恩賜. 而感恩也不僅僅是在我們得到我們所求的時候,更要在我們沒有得到應許的時候感恩，因爲神可以通過苦難來建造和預備我們。

這 週五的活動中,我們將根據約翰福音中的一段經文來介紹耶穌究竟是誰.爲什麼耶穌能對那個回來感謝祂的人說” 你的信救了你”?  也許你聽過有人說祂是神的獨生愛子, 化成肉身來承擔我們的罪, 可是我怎樣才知道這是真的呢？祂究竟做過什麼讓歷史上那麼多人信靠祂? 信心是一點點地培養和累積的,而聖經中記載耶穌所行的神蹟就是我們信心的一個重要部分.歡迎大家週五來加入我們的活動,通過讀經和討論,更深的瞭解和認識 我們的主—耶穌.

Dear brothers and sisters:

During our event last week, we learnt and discussed the topic of “thanksgiving”.  Just like the other nine people who got cured of leprosy but did not return to thank Jesus, we often forget to give glory to God for His blessings. Moreover, we should not only be thankful when we receive what we hope for, but also be thankful when obstacles are placed in our lives because God uses them to build our integrity and faith.

This Friday, we will learn more about who Jesus is through studying a Bible passage in the gospel of John. Why was Jesus able to say to the person that returned to thank him, “your faith has made you well”? Maybe you have heard people say that He is God’s only begotten son, who came to this world to die for our sins, but how do we know that this is true? What has He done that made so many people in history believe in Him? Faith is built up little by little and the miracles that Jesus performed in the Bible serve as a strong basis. Therefore, we welcome you all to come and join this week’s Bible study in order to better trust in Jesus Christ, our Lord.
