在上週的活動中,我們根據聖經中的創世紀學習了世界的起源.當我們觀看大自然所存在的各樣精美系統時,我們很難相信這些都是偶然存在的.很多人認爲進化論就是真理.但是通過上週的探討後, 我們發現它只是科學上的一個猜想,而且充滿了矛盾和漏洞.
基督信仰教導我們世界萬物都來自與神.這根據來自於<聖經>的記載. 聖經是一本距今爲止最古老的著作之一,裏面包含着神的律法和耶穌基督所行的神蹟.但我們有什麼證據說明聖經的話語是可靠的,是真實的呢?在這周的活動中,我們再次請了黃牧師幫我們從不同的方面,包括歷史的驗證，科學的證據,和邏輯的反思，來確認聖經的記錄是可靠的.歡迎大家和我們一起通過這次的講座來更好的建立我們對神的信心！
Dear brothers and sisters:
Last week, we learnt about the origins of the world through reading the first chapter of the Holy Bible. When we look at the elegant systems in nature surrounding us, it is hard for us to think that all of these came by chance. Many people believe that the theory of evolution is absolute truth. However, through our discussion last week, we find that it is only a theory in science that is filled with contradictions and conundrums.
Christianity teaches us that everything in the world came from God. The basis of all this is the Bible, which is one of the oldest and most influential writings in history. In it contains the Commandments of the Lord and the many miracles performed by Jesus Christ. However, what evidences do we have that tells us that the Bible is truthful and credible? For this topic, we have invited Rev. Wong again this Friday. By using evidences from science and history, he will help us to trust the Bible more. Therefore, we hope you can all to come and get to know the book that has helped so many people’s lives!
