轉 眼間,暑假已經過去了一半,歡迎大家在第二個學期再次回到MCCF來!隨着7月份的到來,天氣也越來越熱,希望我們的活動能如夏日裏的一縷清泉,流入每個 人的心間,在炎熱的季裏爲大家的學習和生活帶來絲絲涼意!歡迎所有留在Toronto的朋友來到我們中間,一起學習,一起成長.
本學期的第一次活動,我們將一起討論關於謙卑得話題.彼得前書中說到＂神阻擋驕傲的人,賜恩給謙卑的人＂．這週五我們會通過聖經中的幾處經文來學習如何謙卑,期待大家都能參與到討論中，一起來分享這種精神帶給我們的改變.
Dear brothers and sisters:
Summer sure flies by fast! The second semester of summer school has now officially started and we will be resuming our weekly fellowship again! As the days get hotter, we sincerely hope that our events will be refreshing to your mind and spirit. Let us share, learn and grow in Christ together!
For the gathering this Friday, we will be discussing the topic of humbleness. As written in 1 Peters, “God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble.” Through studying several passages together, we will learn the Biblical meaning of humbleness and the example set by Jesus. God rewards the humble in His splendid ways, so let us learn how to act according to His will!
