本週五是MCCF在新學年的第一次活動。爲了慶祝中秋節，我們這周請到了來自Waterloo大學的教授Dr.Andrew Wong 來爲我們做一箇中秋節講座。講座的的題目是“明月幾時有”。我們也預備了月餅和各位一起慶祝華人團圓的節日-中秋節。大家週五晚6pm在GB404見！
Dear brothers and sisters:
Hope everyone had a great summer and has started the new semester with a bang. To all the new students at UofT, welcome! No matter what your specialization, no matter where you come from, we look forward to meeting you. Our current members came from all places and are specializing in all kinds of different areas. Therefore, we are sure that you will be able to find someone to connect with here.
This Friday, we are holding our first event of the semester. As part of the Mid-Autumn Festival celebration, we have invited Dr. Andrew Wong from of University of Waterloo to give us a presentation on the topic of Mid-Autumn Festival. The title of the presentation is “Once Upon A Full Moon”. We are also preparing delicious mooncakes for everyone to share during this wonderful Chinese festival. See you on Friday 6pm at GB404!
